- Sensitive or rosacea prone skin needs regular exfoliation to look it’s best to allow for faster/more even cellular turnover..a hallmark of younger skin. It can be prone to blackheads or whiteheads or excess sebum production. This formula is identical to our Normal Honey & Papaya Exfoliation mask, but without the walnut shell scrubbing beads. Sensitive skin often reacts to mechanical abrasion, but the Papaya & Honey in this formula eliminates dead skin cells quite well, allowing skin to ‘breathe’ and accelerating cellular turnover.

HOW TO USE:

For Use as a Mask: (2-3X times per week)

1. Cleanse face.

2. Apply exfoliator in a thin layer.

3. Leave on skin for at least 5 minutes (may leave for up to 1 hour).

4. Some tingling is normal and is a result of drawing action of debris from pores. If tingling persists or intensifies remove product.

5. After desired exfoliation time, rinse well with warm water and pat dry.

For Use as Exfoliating Scrub: (may be used up to 1X per day):

1. Cleanse face.

2. Apply a small amount of exfoliator to damp washcloth and gently work in circles on skin, concentrating on problem areas.

3. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry.

Follow treatment with Pitta Dosha-based SBR Hydrator, BioScience Peptide Complex, and SBR Serum.

Interestingly, the SBR Papaya Mask was first recommended to me by an esthetician during a spa experience in Europe, and I loved the product instantly. The texture is creamy and spreads easily. Doesn’t dry out quickly, so it won’t leave your skin feeling tight. For all sensitive skin beauties, this is a fantastic product to have. A little goes a long way, so one jar lasted about four months for me. Highly recommended along with the SBR Kit.

I bought this mask after reading positive reviews about it and I am glad that I made the right purchase. The mask is calming and has a cooling effect on my skin. I am using this mask twice every week and can see the difference. A great buy for a healthy, hydrated, and dewy skin, in.

I never expected that a mask could be so effective and non-irritating for my hypersensitive skin. I use it twice every week along with the SBR Regimen Kit and my skin has become less reactive in just 3 weeks. This smells and feels really natural and spa-like. I also recommended it to my 17 year old daughter who has rosacea. Turned out to be a game-changer skincare brand for my family!

This product is amazing. My skin is glowing after using it! I drink a lot of water, eat a lot of greens, and eat a low-sugar, no gluten diet, so this goes beyond food. At first, I used it every couple of weeks, but I love it so much that I use it every three days. I don't have time to leave it on a long time-about 5 minutes in the shower while my conditioner sets in-that's all it takes for me to see a big difference. I was expecting this to be a typical thicker mask, which it's not, so don't be surprised that it's thinner. Also, my skin is really sensitive-I break out from so many products-so I especially love this. The Vata daily cleanser is great, too (for that cleanser, I buy the normal type).

I've been using all the SBR products for quite a few years and I can't live without them. I love the mask since skin is instantly revived and feels so smooth and soft. Also, redness is reduced dramatically without irritation.
